Opportunities

A logistic occupier with a required warehouse of 50.000-60.000 m² was represented by Knight Frank in their search for a new warehouse location in the Netherlands. Groenewout was asked to support Knight Frank by developing a high-level functional layout for this e-commerce fulfilment center to be incorporated in a typical building sketch.

Solution

A high-level functional layout was created for the first discussions with their client and developers. It gave relevant info on logistics flows and sizing including sizing of all functional area’s, shape and location on plot, truck flows, parking lots and loading pits.
