Opportunities
DSV was invited to respond to a tender of a telecom provider in Belgium. The scope included inbound receipt, storage, kitting, picking, distribution end customer delivery and pick-up and return process.

Solution
Support was delivered in setting up a distribution structure including subcontractors. The processes were defined and documented including the volumes of the flows. The processes were also matched against possible IT platform options leading to an IT platform selection.
Based on the above input the costing model was finalized and the tender documents were completed.
