The Red Cross is known world wide because of their help to victims in all kind of situations. Part of the Dutch Red Cross is the National department of Disaster Recovery. Since delivery of material in disasters is included in their service a Logistics department is part of this organization.
The National Logistics department wanted to reduce their workload and the departmental work pressure.
