New Build to Suit DC Hollister in Roosendaal
Hollister, develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products and services worldwide, has entered into a new lease contract with DC Halderberge VOF for a new 30,000 square meter distribution center, 3.560 m² mezzanine and 1.080 m² office. The new facility will be located in a newly established industrial park Borchwerf in Roosendaal, the Netherlands, and is scheduled to open end of 2017.
Hollister has engaged Groenewout to manage the project and provide advice in the subsequent project phases, from conceptual layout of the DC and selection and contracting of a developer/plot to purchasing warehouse equipment and supporting the go-live.
