Guest lecturer SCM – VU University Amsterdam 2020

March 02, 2020 305 Views

Mo Lasgaa, Managing Consultant, has shared his knowledge and extensive experience in supply chain management as a guest lecturer at the VU University of Amsterdam on February 26th.

This year his lecture was about how to align supply chains with business strategies. For instance cost leadership companies require a different operations approach than what differentiators should do. Mo explained different approaches and value drivers based on successful examples. Some of them have a very competitive advantage thanks to a well performing supply chain.

If you would like to receive more information about this topic, please contact Mo Lasgaa. If you would like more information about Groenewout’s lectures in general, please contact Isabel Schouten.
