Imagine building a warehouse in just nine months – that’s exactly what this team from Bol.com has done! In view of Bol.com’s rapid growth, intelligent logistics infrastructure is crucial. Besides that, the end of the year is the busiest time for Bol.com’s logistics. By taking the lead, from design to realization, bol.com takes a very balanced and targeted approach to meeting the demand from customers and partners, both now and in the future.

This project brings together the company’s growth ambitions, the challenges and the close interaction between IT, commerce and mechanization. Thanks to the construction of the new peak warehouse over the past nine months, we are now better prepared than ever for the festive season. We expect to ship close to two million parcels in this period.
