B2B e-commerce in Belgium (Online Retailer België)
After a hesitant start, Belgium is now making strong progress when it comes to B2C e-commerce, and another ‘new’ channel is already emerging: B2B e-commerce. This is seriously set to become big business – in fact, it already is in many countries. By 2020, B2B e-commerce revenue is expected to be twice as high as B2C e-commerce revenue. The Belgian trade publication called Online Retailer recently organized a round-table session on the theme of of B2B e-commerce, and Mo Lasgaa attended on Groenewout’s behalf to share his views on B2B e-commerce and the important role logistics plays.
Roel van Gils wrote an article about the session and it was published in the April 2018 edition of Online Retailer Belgium. To download this publication click here (Dutch version only).
