Stream Session: How to achieve scalable growth of your webshop ? The nature of the order proces in a webshop environment can result in unbearable operational costs. Furthermore, logistics investments to enhance productivity can lead to a heavy financial burden. What can be learned from past successes and failures to realize sustainable growth (illustrated by selected Amazon subsidiaries)? This session is hosted by Arthur Zondervan, Managing Consultant & Partner at Groenewout.

Stream Session: Warehouse Management System selection, implementation and optimization: “the day after”… After reaching agreement on a new Warehouse Management System, the next challenge is to implement it and reap the benefits it brings. Wendel Dijker, management consultant and specialist in Warehouse Management Systems at Groenewout, will be sharing his experiences of successful implementations and his insights into some of the unfortunate WMS implementation disasters he has helped to rectify. Stream Session: Innovation in stock optimization Via real life examples you will learn how to improve your service level and decrease the stock levels using innovative methods and concepts. Rik Kusters Rik is a Supply Chain Expert and specialized in inventory management, service logistics, supply chain management, warehousing and transport.
