Globalization, centralization and standardization were the major reasons Avnet Europe decided to move from 13 local warehouses to 3 local warehouses in combination with one new European Centre.

Solution
Groenewout managed the entire project from beginning until completion including design, engineering, procurement, overall project management and site management. The specialties which were part of the project, were ESD protected areas, a state of the art security system, a three level shelving module and a state of the art computer backup system.
